I’ve been getting harassed by my manager and would like to know what I could do about it?
I have a disorder and it’s gotten worse since I told him about it.

It depends on whether you are being harassed because of your disorder or not. The law does not generally protect employees from employer harassment, or require employers to treat employees well, courteously, fairly, etc. Quite simply, your manager may be awful to you.
There are limitations or exceptions, however, and one is that an employee may NOT be harassed or discriminated against because of a disability. A disabiity is a mental or physical condition with significant effects on ordinary life functions or living. Many mental illnesses, many nervous disorders, and many other chronic diseases, as well as permanent disabling injuries, all qualify as disabilities. If you believe the harassment is being aimed at you due to your disability, contact the federal EEOC or your state equal/civil rights agency to file a complaint.
