I I was hired to do office work at a community college and paid accordingly. However, after being there
for 2 months my both gave me the job of designing and updating our website. I do not qualify for these jobs. They have provided no trading and all other marketers at work are degrees in this job. What do I do? It is causing me a lot of stress for little money.

The fact is that most employment is "at will". This means that absent some form of legally actionable discrimination, an employer can set the conditions of work much as it sees fit. This includes what duties to assign a worker and at what rate of pay. Therefore, unleass your treatment violates the terms of a union agreement or employment contract, you have no claim here. While seemingly unfair, it is perfectly permissable. For your part, you can either accept your duties and pay, complain but risk termination, or quit.
