I was in a car accident while driving my company car after work hours. I am
believed to be at fault. I also have my own personal car insurance. Should I
consider obtaining an attorney?

If you are sued, then retain an attorney unless you are sued for so little that the cost of a lawyer would more or less equal or exceed what you are being sued for (i.e. if it does not economically make sense to hire a lawyer), in which case, you are better off trying to settle, offering to pay, and/or defending yourself ("pro se") in court. That is because your own car insurance likely does not cover you while driving a company car (though check your insurance policy, to be sure); and if you are sued personally, neither your company nor their insured have to defend you or pay any judgments against you.
