Louisiana Divorce Law. Do dates and locations matter?
What really happened: We both moved from Louisiana to Virginia and then SHE left to go back to Louisiana on a mutual agreement. What the divorce papers say: That I moved from Louisiana without her. Is this just error or is she trying to get an advantage?

When did you move? How long have you been married? Do you have kids? Property? Is her family there? How long was she in Louisiana before filing?
