Can I be mailed a DUI after the fact?
I was stopped last night after having a few light beers at a friend’s house. When they asked me if I had been drinking I said yes and then took a breathalyzer. They didn’t tell me what I blew and handed me my info. I was allowed to drive home, no ticket or anything. Am I supposed to expect something in the mail?

Yes, you can be mailed a summons for any driving or traffic infraction, including a DUI, after the fact; there is no requirement that you be given the ticket or summons on the spot. Unfortunately, there is no way to know if you will get one until and unless you do.
