I RE-MARRIED MY HUSBAND.WE WENT TO A NOTARY WHO KNEW WE WERE ONCE MARRIED TO EACH OTHER AND THEN DIVORCED.SHE WAS FIXING TO CLOSE AND SO TO SAVE TIME SHE WITNESSED US SIGNING THE MARRIAGE LICENSE AND THEN SHE SIGNED AND STAMPED IT. NOTHING WAS SPOKEN IS THAT O.K. ARE WE LEGALLY MARRIED? WE LIVE IN S.C.

First of all, anyone that is a notary public in the state of South Carolina is authorized to perform a marriage.  As long as there is a valid marriage license, properly executed, there are no special words required as long as the spouses acknowledge their intention to marry each other.

So yes, while not very sentimental your "ceremony" seems to have been perfectly legal.  If you still have questions, you should consult with an attorney in your area.
