May I move my tenants things into storage if she is not out on the date her lease is up?
I have a tenant whose lease is up in 2 months. She has a history of staying past eviction and I’m concerned she may stay past the lease expiring.

If your current tenant has not vacated the rental that she has with you, I advise against you touching any of her belongings and placing them into storage. For you to do such you would be exposing yourself to a possible lawsuit. Tenants who do not want to leave have a way of becoming vindictive.
Rather, if the tenant still remains past the move out date for the eviction, you should consult with a landlord tenant attorney about filing an unlawful detainer against her and going through proper legal process. Good luck.
