Your landlord (owner of the lot) that you presumably rent can demand that the buyer of the mobile home that you are selling has his credit report provided to him but you have no obligation to do so. Your deal is to sell the mobile home to the buyer making a full and complete disclosure of everything including the fact that the mobile home's lot is being leased.

If your landlord want to enter into a lease with the buyer of the mobile home assuming escrow closes, the landlord can then obtain the buyer's credit report as a condition for entering into a new lease for the lot. It is then up to the buyer to provide the information for the credit report if he or she wishes to rent the lot where the mobile home is located.

Good luck.
