I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. The court is going to want to know why they should transfer the case and whether the new court you want to be in is a proper venue. This will depend on where the parties are located, where any marital property is as well as the convenience for the parties. If you are asking for this change you probably need to cite several reasons, especially if the case has been pending for awhile. I wold have a lawyer help you get this done as judges may not entertain such a motion made pro se (i know it doesnt sound fair, but its reality).
