How to get custody of my daughter?
My 14 year old daughter lives with my ex-wife; I moved to another state. She is failing school, does not respect her mom and is an emotional wreck. I want her to come live with me and go to school. I know I can turn her around. I have a very respectful and loving relationship with her.

I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney in the county where the current custody order is in effect with your "ex" and discuss your legal recourse. From what you have written, it appears that unless your "ex" signs a written stipulation to change custody of your daughter you will have to file a petition with the court seeking the relief that you desire.
