Unless your 17 year old daughter has a decree of emancipation from a court declaring her an emancipated minor, she technically will be your responsibility under your state's laws until she reaches the age of majority, 18 if she is successful in obtaining an annulment from her current husband.

You need to be aware that the time to obtain an annulment can be a while such as six plus months. By the time there has been a petition to annul the marriage and the final decision by the court, your daughter might be 18 years of age by that time. If that happens then your have no legal responsibility for your daughter.

Good luck.
