What to do if my bankruptcy was complete over a year ago but my lender has yet to take control of my home that was foreclosed on?
As a result I am still legally responsible for maintaining the property and have received numerous citations from the city. I no longer live in this home. How can I force my lender to complete the foreclosure process?

If the lender has actually foreclosed on the home you are writing about then legal title to it is no longer in your name. It is in the lender's. As such, the lender is responsible for the costs that you have written about, not you.
