What are my rights if my boss is trying to force employees to sign waivers to be filmed for a reality TV show?
He said he will fire anyone who doesn’t. Is that legal and what can I do? I work in a restaurant

Under the laws of all states in this country you have the right to refuse to sign a waiver to be filmed for a reality television show. Your boss' threats of filing anyone who does not sign the waiver is illegal under the laws of all states in this country.
I suggest that you e mail your boss a note asking stating the above and that if you get terminated for refusing to sign the waiver regarding the television reality show you will bring an unlawful termination against him and the parent company. Consult with a labor attorney as well as your department of labor about your matter.
