What to do fi my boss was fined by the federal labor board for not paying us for breaks that were deducted from paychecks but states they will not pay?
My amount is over $1,000 and my employer stated we will have to sue her. What should I do? I want to be compensated and not fired.

If your employer failed to not pay you for the breaks that you took which were deducted from your paychecks where he was fined by the federal labor board, your option is to consult with a labor attorney about the need to get paid and/or a representative with the nearest department of labor about your situation.
If you are terminated for asking for money due you, your termination from work would be retaliatory and wrongful in my opinion from what you have written.
