My boyfriend injured me in a car accident. He was arrested for DUI. If I elect to sue him, will his insurance cover it?
My boyfriend who was driving was arrested for a DUI in an auto accident where I was a passenger and injured. His auto insurance carrier will ante up for my medical and hospital bills, but if I sue him, will his carrier pay or will my boyfriend have to pay for the extra bills out of pocket?

You can sue your boyfriend as a passenger and his insurance company is responsible for paying for your major medical and other damages. It sounds as if you are refering to his medical payment insurance when you ask about payment for medical bills
