What can I do if my brother used my name when he got a DUI 11 years ago and when I moved this year I found out that I had a suspended license?

I was pulled over and cited for driving with a suspended license My brother admitted to me that he used my name. I now have to go to court and do not want to get him in trouble.

If you have been charged with a DUI from eleven years ago and have just found that you have been driving on a suspended license as a result, I suggest that you immediately consult with a criminal defense attorney and explain the situation to him or her that it was your brother that used your name years ago when the offense happened and it was not you.

The problem is that in order to present a good defense to the charge against you, you might need to implicate your brother for what he improperly did years ago where you are now suffering the fall out.
