You cannot force the biological father of your child to agree to allow your spouse to adopt your child. What you can do is consult with a family law attorney to draft up a stipulation for adoption where the biological father might agree to give up his parental rights. If he does and signs the docuent you still need to file a petition with the court to confirm the adoption process.
