If my daughter’s boyfriend’s license was suspended for non-payment of child support and he is driving her vehicle, what happens if he gets stopped or has an accident?

Is she liable for anything? The car is registered in her name and insured in her name.

She should not  be liable for his criminal which includes minor criminal, like traffic violations acts--e.g. for any tickets he gets, such as for speeding or for driving without a license. One person is not liable for another's crimes except in special circumstances that should not apply.
But if he is in accident, she can be liable for any damages or injuries or costs he causes if he were at fault e.g. negligent, or careless in causing the accident a car's owner is liable for the damage, etc. done by those whom she permits to driver her car.
