What to do if my deceased mother’s estate was sold and the funds were to be distributed equally among my siblings and I but I didn’t receive any money?

My sister was responsible for distributing the money equally. Is that considered fraud on her account?

You are advised to seek the advice of probate litigation counsel to determine if your sister committed fraud or embezzlement of your share of the estate, assuming you were entitled to a share of the estate of your mother,  and if your sister did commit embezzlement or fraud, report her to the county district attorney for a criminal action.
