What to do if my employer is going to stop paying us in a paycheck?
At the beginning of the year, we are going to be forced to either 1) join with a cash card, which charges you to take your own money out at an ATM and 50 cents per credit transaction or join a certain bank, where you must get a savings account and have direct deposit. Is this legal? I just want my paycheck in paycheck form, and do not feel like i should be forced to join any bank or any payroll payment company.

It is legal: the law requires that employees be paid for the work they do, and often sets certain rules about the amount or timing of payment (e.g. overtime, for hourly employees), but does not specify the form that payment takes. Employers are free to determine for themselves how they will pay employees.
