What to do about support and custody?

My ex and I have 3 children. I have full custody and financial responsibility of 1; he has the other 2 during the week; I have them weekends and the whole summer. We have not had our custody hearing yet and he filed for support for the 2 we have joint custody of.

Given the uncertainties that you have written about concerning child support issues, I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney for assistance as to how to reconcile child support and custody issues. Possibly you and your "ex" might be able to resolve the dispute on your own or through mediation.
