What to do if my ex-husband and I were divorced 2 years ago and he was ordered to pay half of our marital credit debt but he has since ceased any form of payment?
He has also moved out of state to an unknown address. I can’t file a contempt of court motion without his address.

First you need to locate where your "ex" is either through the use of a private investigator or an online search where some companies offer a time period to use their data base for a certain price. One the "ex" is located a petition for an order to show cause concerning contempt of a court order and serve it upon him for not paying the credit card debt.
