Since the loan is in both your name and your ex-husband's name, you are still liable for the balance if your ex-husband does not pay.
However, don't pay the balance because the court ordered your ex-husband to pay.  Therefore, you should pursue contempt of court against your ex-husband.  If the creditor contacts you, explain the situation that you are in the process of pursuing contempt of court against your ex.
