What to do if my ex is telling me that I am not allowed to get my son this weekend for visitation?

She is telling me that it is Christmas break and therefore when he gets out of school on Friday is when his Winter Break begins. The School calender says that the Winter Break begins on Monday the 24th. My settlement agreement says specifically that the Christmas/Winter Break period shall be defined as beginning at 6 pm on the day school vacation begins. So my question is which date is correct, Friday at the end of the school day or Monday the day selected by the school as the day Winter Break Begins. The key word for me in the agreement is begins.

Based upon what you have written the terms of the custody agreement as to your minor child control the matter presented in your question. It appears that vacation begins 6:00 p.m. the prior Friday when school is let out from what you have written.
