What to do if my ex put my name as a part owners of a company that our divorce decree says he was supposed to sell?
Is that legal? I am seeing no money from this company and never wished to be a long distance part-owner, especially when it is inflating my taxes unfairly. Suggestions?

You need to go back to court and show he is in contempt of the order. The court may give him a drop dead date to sell and may require him to pay you any monies you are out because of it. Ultimately, it will be up to you to show the court the decree hasn't been effectuated.
