I would ask your "ex" to sign a stipulation allowing the transfer of venue of the existing custody matter from one county to the agreed upon county. If she signs such then you need to prepare an order as to such and go to the court clerk where the action is pending to begin the process of transferring venue to the new county. I suggest that you may want to retain a family law attorney to assist you in the endeavor.
