What can I do if my ex-wife is still using my last name even though our divorce decree stated that she be returned to her maiden name?
We have been divorced for almost 7 years.

A divorce decree is enforceable. If your wife is refusing to honor the decree, you could bring a legal action to compel her to do so. A family or matrimonial law attorney can help you do this--it's fairly straightforward, since you bring a legal action based directly on the decree and its (presumably) plain terms.
