Is there a way that I can take her to court or file to against her to make her pay?

If she is in breach of the agreement and in violation of the decree (order of the court) then yes, you can take her back to court to enforce the conrtact and for contempt of the order. But I would speak with an attorney about options here. If you have to do it now you will probably have to do it in the future as well and you may not want to keep going back to court. Good luck.
