Yes, it is still a valid document--unless he replaced it with a newer will, changed it in some way, or canceled/invalidated it (which is his right). However, bear in mind that if something was left you as "my wife," you would most likely not longer be eligible for that distribution or property, since you are no longer his wife--that is, you are not the person named or described.
