If my father has Alzheimer’s and is at home in my mother’s care but I’m his medical POA, can I get him out of there and place him in a nursing home?

About 10 years ago before he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, he signed a legal document giving me the power of attorney for all of his health situations. Can I get him out of the care of my mother ASAP? Does this document give me all legal rights regarding his health solutions over my mother?

The documents would have to be reviewed in detail.  Hwoever, if you have power of attroney and that power of attorney includes decisionso related to care, you may have your father moved to a care facility..  Of course, that POA could be contested in Court,.
