What to do if an estate has not been properly distributed as per the terms of a Will?
My father passed away 6 years ago and under the terms of his Will my sister received the house and household necessities. All other “residual assets” are to be divided. My 2 sisters (1 of which received the house) refuse to abide by the Will, claiming things were stolen although items (in particular antiques) were seen in their homes. What recourse do I have?

If this matter has not been through probate court, you need to obtain the services of a probate litigation lawyer to file a petition to probate your father's will, and to enforce the terms of the will.
