What to do if my father passed away 6 months ago but my sister who was his POA won’t probate his estate?
My 5 siblings and I were all named beneficiarys in his Will but we cannot afford an attorney. How do we make her produce documentation of money spent over the last 3 years since she has had POA and make her file the Will?

If you and your siblings cannot afford a Wills and trust attorney concerning the fanily dispute that you have written about, I suggest that you consult with your local legal aid clinic to see if that entity can assist you in the matter that you have written about.
