I am 13 years old. He is being charged with vandalisim, tresspassing and child endangerment. What will happen to him?

What will happen to him will depend on a number of factors, from whether he has priors, whether he has previously been involved in the same crime and whether he is a responsible individual otherwise. The biggest issue for him is going to be child endangerment. You certainly should not be doing graffiti and neither should he. At this point, he may face fines, jail time or both.
