What to do if my fiance is on parole from another state and then was arrested for domestic violence?
The case was dismissed but he is being extradited for violation of parole anyway. Why is this?

The case would have to be reviewed to determine why a warrant still exists. if the case was truly dismissed, there could be no active warrant. It would appear that your informatoin is imcomplete.
