What to do if my fiancee is in jail for a crime he didn’t commit and the only evidence is the police report but his Miranda rights weren’t read?
The cops didn’t read him his right until after questioning and interrogation and said if he didn’t admit to it they would arrest his fiancee (me).

The best thing to do with respect to your fiance' who apparently made a "confession" for a crime to law enforcement that he did not commit would be for him to consult with a criminal defense attorney to represent him and strategize with respect to his defense.
Given what you have written, the lack of evidence connecting him to the crime and his "confession", he needs to consult with a criminal defense attorney as the best way to get an acquital.
