If mforeclosure case has been “disposed to district court”, what does this mean?
Rather than file a response to the bank’s complaint, I filed a motion to dismiss due to lack of standing and also a motion to request more time to answer.

What you have written means that your foreclosure case which was presumably filed in state court has been removed to federal court. Given what you have written, I suggest that you consult with a real estate attorney to assist you in your endeavor.
