What will happen if my friend’s boyfriend was just picked up for a warrent out for his arrest?
He had been running from the law for 5 years and my friend had no idea. So can she be charged with harboring a fugitive if the sentencing trial is already seat for her boyfriend? Should my friend be worried?

As long as your friend had no knowledge that her boyfriend was a wanted man, then in theory she has no criminal liability. However, the prosecutor may have a different view. It will all come down to what she knew and when she knew it. At this point, she should consult with a criminal defense attorney who practices in the area of where all of this is occurring. They can best advise her.
