We have no lease no agreement or anything in writing as far as responsibilities, rent, bills, etc.

If you are not paying rent and there is no lease (written or oral), you are a guest, not a tenant. A guest may stay only so long as the person with possession--such as the property owner or the lawful tenant--allows. That person--i.e. your girlfriend, if she owns the house or rents it from the owner--may withdraw her permission to stay at any time, without notice, and require you to leave immediately.
