If I want to get married but have a warrant for my arrest, when I go to the clerk’s office to apply for a marriage license, will my warrant show up on their computer?
If yes, I know the best thing to do is get it taken care of. I don’t need to be advised of that.

Most clerks will not run a criminal background check when they are issuing a license.... so not usually an issue. The problem, though, is that you have a warrant out which usually pops up at the worst possible time. Yes... you really need to get the warrant taken care of so it doesn't mess up any part of the wedding your new life. Call a criminal attorney and see if they can broker a deal with the DA or prosecutors office where you walk through and resolve the situation. That's usually the quickest and easiest way to deal with minor warrants.
