The executive order regarding, basically, nonenforcement, doesn't apply to people who commit felonies. She can be fast-tracked for deportation if she is convicted of the offense. At this point, she probably needs a good criminal attorney and an immigration attorney to be sure that she has the best chance at remaining in the U.S.
