How to revoke a living trust?
My grandfather would like to revoke his living trust as his spouse, my step-grandmother, has passed away and there is no longer a need for the trust. It is revocable.

I am so sorry for your loss. Well, it could be or it could not be. You need to read the document. It either says "revocable" or "irrevocable" trust. Now, even if yours says "irrevocable" there are ways to break the trust but it really does depend on how it is written. So you would have to bring it to an attorney to review. Good luck.
