If my husband fell from a tree stand and a section of ladder fell with him, how much should we settle for?
He broke his back and 3 bones in heel. The outfitter has libility INS and we waiting for a offer if compensation. Not sure about long term on injuries.

if the outfitter was negligent, then his damages are lost wages, medical bills, pain and suffering, and any permanent impairment he may suffer from the injuries. do not settle until you know the extent of the permanent injuries. if this is a significant amount of money you will likely need a lawyer. remember the insurance compnay is trying to pay you the least amount possible.
