My husband filed for divorce in the county where he lived for a short time. Is it legal?
He lived in Berks county and we
resided in York County while married. I

It depends of whether or not he lived there long enough to obtain legal residencey. Typically takes 3-6 months or more to establish residency. You can check online for residency requirements in the specfic state in question. If he filed and was not a resident, then the filing can be dismissed.
