What to do if my husband had a garnishment wipe out our accounts?
My paycheck got taken in this also. I have heard about being able to claim injured spouse to get my paycheck back. Is this a possibility? And, if so, how do I go about it?

Given what you have written, I suggest that you consult with a debt collection attorney to see what legal recourse you may have such as filing a claim of exemption as to the levy as soon as possible. Potentially a timely claim of exemption and a basis for the claim may allow the return of some if not all of the monied levied upon.
