What to do if my husband is here on an L2 visa but he has moved out so we are no longer living as man and wife but are legally still married?
Does the fact that he has moved out mean that his L2 status is no longer valid?

If you are the principal L-1 holder, your husband's L-2 status is valid for as long as you are legally married, whether or not he is living with you. Of course, if you believe that the marriage is no longer bona fide and his status should be revoked, you can divorce him and that will strip him of his L-2 status.
