What to do if my husband recently visited a fast food chain and after consuming his soda he heard something in his cup and it was a rusty bolt?
He found it at the bottom of his cup. He took pictures of it and went back and notified the manager. Any recommendations on the next steps we should take? I’m pretty sure it’s not healthy to consume something that has rust in it.

It may not be healthy, but unless you husband suffered some ill effects from this incident, he does not really have any damages to support a personal injury claim. You could take your husband to a doctor to find out if he was harmed, but it does not sound likely.
