He lived in the home prior to our
marriage. We did not live together prior
to getting married. His name is on the
title. And he pays all of the bills in
the home.

If he owned the home prior to marriage and did not buy it using money earned during marriage, it is his home alone; property owned by a spouse prior to marriage is "separate," not marital or community, property, and you would have no rights to it.
