What can I do if my landlord is saying that he’s going to evict me because I have not paid rent but he knows tht I did because he cashed the money order?
He cashed it the day before harrassing me.

Unless you can prove that you paid the rent that the landlord is claiming against you that is owed with a copy of the money order just paid then you are not in a good situation and may have to pay double rent. In the future, make copies of documentation for your records showing that rent has been paid.
