Wht to do if my mom died without a Willand owned a liquor store?
She has liquor store but it’s been closed since her death (2-3-weeks). My sister and I can’t run the business and don’t want to. We want to sell the store and do the probate. How do we start?

You obtain probate legal counsel NOW to assist you and to file a petition to probate the estate of your mom, to find a buyer for the store, and to have you appointed administrators of your mother's estate. This process will involve many steps and require your cooperation with counsel, in gathering all of the information about the estate and to carry out the statutory distribution procedures. Counsel fees can be paid out of the estate.
