If my mother died leaving no Will, can I take any items from her home?
She had a reverse mortgage and several liens filed against her due to debts incurred by my sister. Can I remove any items from the home?

If your mother passed away leaving no Will and assuming there are no siblings of your own that are alive that you have and your father is deceased, you can take the items from your mother's home for safe keeping and to inventory them for the eventual intestate proceeding that you most likely will need to file to transfer assets of her estate to the beneficiaries.
I suggest that you consult with a Wills and trust attorney about the best means for the transfer of the assets of your mother's estate to her heirs.
